TRAINING/MISCELLANEOUS FEES

Training and conditioning fees are billed one month in advance on the 15th and are due in 30 days. A prompt pay discount of $25 per horse will be given on all balances paid in full by the first of the month. No discount on partial payments. The discount will be applied to the following month’s billing statement. Interest of 1.5% will be applied to all unpaid balances beginning on the 16th of the month. Owners are responsible for all farrier, veterinarian, medication, and supplement charges for their horses. All horses are required to have a current negative Coggins, all inoculations and to be dewormed every 60 days, all of which will be administerd by PTC’ Veterinarian and regulated by PTC. All balances must be current and all show fees are to be paid prior to horses going to shows. All service programs are subject to availability. PTC reserves the right to discontinue any service program.
